EVERYONE NEEDS A DAY LIKE THIS...

I really didn't feel like working today, and it's a good thing that I was on "Assign" duty because I've never felt so useless in a long time.
If you haven't figured me out last two weeks, I've been living the World Cup lifestyle. That means I watched the U.S.-Poland soccer game at 7:25 a.m. on Friday morning.

As for the match all I can say is thank you South Korea. If not for Portugal being so undisciplined, they would have likeley settled for a draw, knocking the U.S. out of the second round. After that I lived the life of a bum. I watched some TV, took a nap, surfed the Internet and I went to AMS to watch the Southern All Stars Pro Trucks and double points races.

Oh yeah, I did work a little. I think I have a good idea for a behind-the-scenes story about AMS, maybe I'll work on it for later this summer. Tonight was just a little too hectic with all kinds of stuff going on at the track. That's about all the work I did today.

Comments don't work. I don't think they ever will. I have no other options short of moving my site and hosting my own comments somewhere else. (sorry G)

Thought for the day...
"It seemed obvious to me that popular culture is an important part of all our lives and it should have some kind of reflection in the books we are reading."
-- Nick Hornby (one of my favorite authors)
